Who handles your data

What data and why

When you book a table or order takeaway you give us your name, your phone number and, if you like, a comment. We use them only to handle that booking or order and to call you or message you on WhatsApp about it. We never use them for advertising or sell them.

Legal basis

You ask us for it (a booking or an order: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and you consent when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a)).

How long

We keep them for 12 months. After that, the name, phone number and comment are deleted automatically; only the count remains (day, time, number of people).

Who else sees them

Nobody outside the bar. The website runs on a server in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). So the bar knows at once, each new booking or order is sent as a Telegram message to the bar’s phone; Telegram may process data outside the EU.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict its use, by calling 616 922 289 or at the bar. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

We only use technical cookies: your language, a security cookie for the forms and, in the bar’s dashboard, the session. No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
